I have written this review of Bolt Web Hosting, a webhost which I not long ago turned to right after having problems with my previous hosting company. I used their services as they offered a 30 day warranty for all clients, and so I decided I could at least give them a shot to see if they were decent. If not, then I might just get my money back and transferonto yet another webhost.
A review of Bolt Web Hosting that I found stated they provided a warranty for your first month you are hosting using them. So I followed the assessment to the coverage on their own site and decided to try it out. After 3 days of web hosting I requested a refund. To my delight, they did not question me why or try and encourage me to stay, rather they returned the cash as promised on their site – and the cash ended up being returned within the hour or so of my request! I emailed them back stating it had been a blunder and that I desired to stick with them, and my account remained unaffected after that which was excellent.
With my previous webhost, their service had been very incompetent. We would send a help ticket part way through the day and would obtain a reply 1 day or later if I was lucky. So since I was already trying to find a new web host anyways, I thought I would assess the support of Bolt Web Hosting. Soon after joining Bolt Web Hosting I submitted help tickets at numerous times of the day, and I in fact received answers within the hour or so of posting each, several were even replied to within a few minutes.
From things I have read online, it is usually advisable to go with a webhost which has been about for a few years as the odds of a web host closing down suddenly is considerable in the initial year. Bolt has only been around since 2010, but after talking to one of several sales reps at Bolt Web Hosting and reading most of the reviews, I got the impression that they will not be closing down anytime in the near future.
While I signed up for Bolt Web Hosting, I admit I was slightly uneasy for the factor stated earlier. And yet since then I have discovered they are an outstanding webhost and I strongly suggest them to everybody. I hope you are finding this evaluation useful!
